All prices are in US dollars.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. F.O.B. Racine, WI.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight, distance shipped, and shipping method.
Overnight, Second Day or other arrangements are available at checkout.

Orders over $100 ship free, excluding custom printed products and SPEEDWRAP® TY-UP®.

We are subject to UPS and USPS shipping schedules. Transit time is determined by the shipping company and can change due to weather, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances.

When ordering outside of the United States of America, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Returns

There's a reason why we receive so many positive customer reviews.  We service our customers!

If we do not deliver exactly what you ordered or what we initially promised, we are willing to take back the order in exchange for the correct product. Any incurred shipping fees will be at our expense.

All returns must be authorized by contacting us either by telephone or email prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will not be issued a refund or an exchange. Orders placed in error are subject to a 30% restocking fee and are offered as an exchange only. The freight both ways is your responsibility.

Damaged Merchandise

We will immediately replace any damaged or defective merchandise. 

For damaged merchandise, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of materials.  For defective materials, you must notify us within 90 days of receipt of materials. 

 All returns must be authorized by contacting us either by telephone or email prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will not be issued a replacement. 

When you receive the replacement product, return the damaged or defective parts back to us to reconcile your account.
