RETURN POLICY:
If we do not deliver exactly what you have ordered or what we initially promised, we are willing to take back the order in exchange for the correct product. Any incurring shipping fees will be at our expense. All returns must be authorized by contacting us either by telephone or email prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will not be issued a refund or an exchange. Orders placed in error are subject to a 25% restocking fee and are offered as exchange only. The freight both ways is your responsibility.

Damaged Merchandise
We will immediately replace any damaged or defective merchandise.
You must notify us within 7 days if any product is received damaged or 90 days if defective. All returns must be authorized by contacting us either by telephone or email prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will not be issued a replacement.
